Green Cleaning (NEW)
Green Cleaning is using cleaning products that don't endanger you, children or the environment. Commercial cleaning products often contain irritants that aren't good for your health.
Cleaning products for GREEN cleaning
Non-toxic, bio-friendly cleaning products (7th Generation and GreenWorks), microfiber cloths and vapor cleaning are used for our Green Cleaning services.

Is GREEN cleaning expensive?
NO! Not with Orange Tree Housekeeping. Other residential cleaning companies charge extra money for Green cleaning, but we don't. Our Green services are cheaper and much better.
Why? Orange Tree uses new Vapor cleaning technology. Up to 300°F and 70 PSI (steam pressure) - cleans, sanitizes and kills allergens, bacteria, and removes mold & mildew. While others are just scrubbing, we're actually cleaning! We also need 30-50% less time to deep clean your home!
Vapor (dry steam) cleaning
Vapor (dry steam) cleaning is used for most of our jobs. That means much cleaner kitchens, bathrooms and floors (in less time!). Vapor's low moisture and high temperature provides deeper cleaning because it penetrates into the pores and crevices better than topically applied cleaners.
Vapor steam kills dust mites on contact, removes allergens, kills bacteria, and removes mold & mildew.

So how much does it cost?
First or one-time cleanings are $55.00 to $60.00 per hour - but remember: we will need 20-50% less time than other cleaning companies!
Average house will take around 1.5 - 2.5 hours.
Regular (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) green cleaning services start at $60.00 (total per visit).
