OUR SERVICE RATES - House cleaning & Maid ServicesInitial (first time) and one-time services: All initial and one-time (such as spring, move-in, move-out deep cleaning) rates are always charged per hour and start at $45.00 - depending on the house/office size and condition, numbers of bathrooms etc. Unlike other cleaning companies WE DO NOT charge extra money for window, inside oven, refrigerator and cabinets cleaning. These optional services are included in our rates. Regular cleaning & maid services: All regular customers will receive their own fixed price (weekly from $45.00; be-weekly from $60.00; monthly from $70.00). Our prices always include: all cleaning supplies, special supplies (e.g. hardwood, laminate, marble, stone, stainless steel... cleaners), equipment and superior-quality deep cleaning. ESTIMATESTo provide best quality Housekeeping / House Cleaning services and accurate our rates, we will come personally to your residence or office at the time that is most convenient for you and give you a FREE estimate. At same time we will provide you with a exact description of our services, equipment and supplies used by our housecleaning team. Email and telephone estimates are also available. SPECIAL OFFER for apartments in selected cities Deep spring cleaning (including inside oven and refrigerator) for just $80.00/1bdr.; $90.00/2bdr.; $105/3bdr. Up to 1.5 hour (3 bdr apartments/2 hrs).
