General QuestionsQ: What is your hourly rate? A: Our rates start at $50 per hour. Hourly rates are only charged for: initial (first-time) cleanings and one-time/special cleanings. Minimum charge is $50. Q: How much do you charge for weekly, bi-weekly service? A: Our fees for regular customers are fixed and based on the size, condition of your house and on frequency of your appointments. Q: How many people will clean my house? A: Generally, we send a team of 2 people. Q: Do you guarantee your arrival times? A: Unfortunately we can't guarantee our arrival times. Normally, there is a 1 hour arrival window. Q: How do I pay for your services? A: Payments are always due at the time of service. If you aren't at home, please leave a check (payable to OTH) or cash in your kitchen. Q: I forgot to leave a check. What should I do? A: Don't worry. If you are our regular (weekly, bi-weekly) client, you can pay next time. Other clients can pay online - we accept all major credit cards, but there's $1.50 service fee (please use our online form to contact us - click here). Q: Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment? A: We provide all the equipment and products we need. Our company also provides special cleaning products for your stainless steel appliances, hardwood/laminate/stone floors, granite/marble/stone counters and more... at no additional charge. Q: What kind of cleaning products you use (regular clients only)? A: We only use cleaning supplies for households. No commercial chemicals are used. All bathroom and many other cleaners are thoroughly rinsed off. Q: Do you work on weekends? A: Yes, we work on Saturdays. However, many weekends are already reserved and you will need an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact us for details. Q: Do you work on evenings? A: No, our service hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Q: Do I have to be at home when you clean my house? A: It's completely up to you. Many of our customers prefer to come back when their houses are already cleaned. Also, many of our clients work and they can't be there every time we clean. If you have any special needs, please let us know or you can always leave a note with your check. Q: I need to cancel service / change my appointment. A: We require 48 hours notice of cancellation of service. You can use our contact form (please click here) or you can call us 24/7. If your appointment isn't canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a $35 cancellation fee is charged. There's no cancellation fee for our weekly and bi-weekly clients if their appointment is canceled at least 8 hours in advance. Q: What if I won't be satisfied? A: If you're not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean your house for free. If we aren't able to come, you'll get your money back. Q: Your cleaners come to my house and did a wonderful job. Could I use them as my regular housekeepers? A: Yes. We always send the same people. In fact - many of our customers have the same team for over 1, 2 or 3 years. However, even if we do our best to accommodate your team preferences - it's not always possible. Q: We have pets. Is that a problem? A: No! Not at all... If you have any other questions, please contact us.
